The room was superb with great bedding and a powerful shower. The convenience store below was a highlight, providing fresh cheese bread and easy access to snacks. The lack of storage for luggage and limited space for dining were noticeable drawbacks. Getting to the room through the store was also a bit unconventional, but mildly inconvenient twist to the experience.

Great place for discovering Zurich with very good and personable staff at the night shift. Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed, practical and spotless room. Bonus point for a mini-refrigerator, a safe, and a kitchenette. A functional and ideal hotel, my first choice in Zurich.

For our short trip to Zurich, we found this spot above a convenience store that turned out to be pretty decent. The room was surprisingly nicer than what we expected from the photos, and the shower experience was fantastic, powerful and hot! While it could get a bit warm and noisy from the street, closing the windows solved most of the sound issues. Plus, being right above a market made grabbing snacks super convenient after a day of sightseeing, especially since we were visiting attractions like the Swiss National Museum and Old Town nearby.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was perfect, with marvellous and easy location near to Zurich HB train station and the convenience store and the nearest tram. I stayed in the room that was newly renovated and very clean and available with a huge balcony overseeing the bustling streets of zurich. The staff was really kind and very good, and the service was excellent.

Comfortable and decent location - short way from everywhere we needed. The room was fully-equipped and nicely furnished with balcony.

We expected there would be elevator, but didn't find it.

Just around the corner, I discovered a culinary gem at Mamas Bulle, where their meaty pizza had me drooling! Plus, the clean bedding, even if the room was basic. And let's not forget the 24-hour shop below, fresh pastries on hand at all times! What a sweet find!

The location was perfect for exploring the city with my family, just a short walk to trams and shops. We appreciated the convenience of having a market downstairs for snacks.

My kids wished for more activities for them at the hotel.

We had a pretty solid experience here. The mini-mart downstairs was a lifesaver, made it super easy to grab late-night snacks or a breakfast croissant when we woke up. The room felt decent enough for three guys crammed in, and it had a kitchenette so we could whip up a quick meal after a late night out.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for Zurich, it was still somewhat acceptable.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to trams and nearby shops. The staff was warm and even allowed a late check-out to accommodate our needs. Clean and maintained rooms added to our pleasant stay.

Location is vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the tram. The room had a kitchenette, useful for quick meals, and it was clean. Power outlets by the bed were lacking, and there was a broken outlet in the kitchenette that felt hazardous.

The super nice team, even lending me a phone charger. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main train station. The hot shower after a long day was just what i needed, and having a convenience store right below was a huge plus.

but the entry through the shop might feel odd to some.

Good 24-hour store and clean room, but lack of bedside power outlets was annoying.
